The existing poorly built rear extension was demolished and after some lengthy negotiation, planning permission was gained for a unusually large 2 storey extension to house a spacious kitchen/dining/living area, walk in pantry and wine store, study and bathroom.

The living space is finished in a minimal palette of grey plaster, marble, granite and reclaimed parquet flooring and is connected to the garden with large sliding glass doors.
