This elegant Victorian 3 storey house was dilapidated and split into 2 flats. The house was totally gutted, refurbished and extended on the ground floor and into the loft to create the ideal family home for a young family. Dark and dingy spaces were totally transformed and the result was a light filled, airy and beautiful home with great flow and connection to the garden.
The layout of the 1st floor was reconfigured to create a luxurious master bedroom suite including built in wardrobes, a dressing area and grown up bathroom with bespoke designed joinery.
The kitchen was a customized design to meet the clients’ exact requirements and features a handmade oak pantry and generous, marble topped island and breakfast bar. The dining area is connected to the newly landscaped garden with large bi fold doors.
